Responsibility: As a technical developer for Fiserv, we were responsible for developing various functionalities for their Partner Care program, which aimed to revolutionize the customer experience by utilizing industry best practices, enabling technologies, and innovative organizational designs.
One of the primary functionalities we developed was handling Credit/Debit functionality via WCF services. This involved managing the daily basis of transactions on the site. To ensure quality and reliability, we manually tested these modules and prepared Unit Test Cases for all functionalities of all methods and responses.
Our work on Fiserv’s Partner Care program involved utilizing various technologies and tools to meet the client’s specific requirements. We collaborated effectively with the project team and ensured that all functionalities were thoroughly tested to meet the high-quality standards expected by the client.
